In order to make an application, simply read through the following job description and make sure to attach relevant documents.As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will lead and oversee the sales efforts of the community to meet or exceed the budgeted occupancy. Areas of focus will include first impressions, marketing planning, sales process, lead tracking and follow up, and referral development. You will be responsible for leading all sales and marketing activities, including but not limited to community engagement, referral outreach, lead generation, fielding inquiries, leading tours, and closing. Directors should be knowledgeable regarding their surrounding market, state regulations, provided services within their community, limitations of services, and internal campus processes.The ideal candidate should be neat and clean in appearance. Should conduct themselves in a professional manner within the campus and surrounding community. They should be friendly, outgoing, and able to create a positive first impression.Education, Experience, SkillsBachelor's degree in marketing or healthcare related field, or five years of healthcare or senior living marketing experienceKnowledge of senior living industryExcellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to conduct tours and develop tour outlines.Able to drive growth and occupancy within the community.Capable of making beneficial decisions for the community and potential residents.Able to develop and implement community outreach programs.Ability to multi-task.Schedule flexibility to meet afterhours or weekend requirements at times. ResponsibilitiesPlan and implement strategic marketing activitiesBuild a network of professional referral sources.Meet or exceed budgeted occupancy goals.Maintain completion and accuracy of CRM.Plan and assist with community events, minimum of two per month.Respond and follow-up with inquiries in a timely manner.Meet all assigned marketing activities.Completion of quarterly competitive analysis.Assist with tour training within assigned community.Prepare and assist with community presentationsCollaborate with VP or Sales and ED to determine marketing needs and advertisement.Manage Sales process from lead generation to move-in.Work with management team within community to ensure service delivery and satisfaction.Assist with social media contentMaintain up to date training of all assigned courses.
