We're focused on driving the maximum value for our people, our capabilities and our media investments for some of the world's leading brands.Job DescriptionOverview:The Senior Campaign Manager, Search is responsible for leading the success of clients' paid search campaigns by providing thought leadership on campaign strategies and optimization, and building strong relationships and establishing clear lines of communication with clients, partners, and internal staff members.Job Description:Create and execute digital account strategies and plans for clientsOversee campaign management, optimization, and reporting of paid search campaignsContribute to strategy and annual planningInterface with internal agency counterparts to share ideas, communicate service offerings, and to identify and deliver new solutions for clientsReview client deliverables for quality and ensure that recommendations and work product are sound and viableEffectively manage keyword strategiesProvide excellent communication and thought leadership to clients via phone, emails and direct contact presentationsCommand data analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend and implement changes for increasing the performance of client programsManage budgeting, forecasting, billing and invoicingHave a proven track record of driving efficient growth and creating campaigns that deliver positive ROIBe familiar with the latest trends in Paid Search and have a solid understanding of the nuances of search engine algorithmsHave excellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced organizationAn innovative, positive, and self-directed attitudeQualificationsBachelor's degree, concentration in business, marketing, or advertising preferred2+ years of paid search experience, preferably on the agency sideProficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Pinterest, and Search Ads 360 preferredDemonstrated problem solving, organization, and project management skillsAbility to work independently and balance multiple tasksAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Veterans Encouraged to ApplyCompensation Range: $58,500 - $80,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
