Taxpayers are often officers of publicly traded companies and representatives are typically from the most prestigious national law and accounting firms.Advises and coaches team members regarding their team assignments. Provides appropriate and substantive feedback on team assignments to the team member and his/her immediate manager.Communicates and fosters dialogue with peers, customers, and partners. Leads several teams that work cases and coaches individual employees in the accomplishment of team objectives and effective problem solving.RequirementsConditions of Employment:Telework Eligible Positions: Telework eligible positions do not guarantee telework. You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement:SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-07:You must have at least one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service.OROne year of graduate education in a related field of study.ORSuperior Academic Achievement may be met by having a Bachelor's degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.ORCombination of qualifying graduate education and experience equal to that described above.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-09:You must have at least one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service.ORMaster's or equivalent graduate degree.ORCombination of qualifying graduate education and experience equal to the amount required.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-11:Specialized experience for this position includes: One (1) year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service.ORYou may substitute education for specialized experience as follows: A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.OR3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a doctoral degree.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-12:To be eligible for this position at this grade level, you must meet the requirements below.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-13:To be eligible for this position at this grade level, you must meet the requirements below.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-14:You must have 1 year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-15:You must have 1 year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service.Required DocumentsThe following documents are required and must be provided with your application:Online Application - QuestionnaireEducation - See Education Section aboveRegistration/License (If Applicable) - active, current registration/licenseHigh School Diploma (or equivalent)How to ApplyThis Direct Hire Public Notice is to gather applications that may or may not result in a referral or selection.
