Associate, Capital Formation and Investor Relations

A client with over $6.5Bn in AUM is seeking a Capital Formation and Investor Relations Associate in New York City to join their growth-focused private capital firm. The firm is growing its small Capital Formation team and is looking to bring on a sharp, versatile, and experienced professional with superb communication skills. This role will work closely with the VP of Capital Formation and report to the Head of Capital Formation.All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.Key Responsibilities:Support Capital Formation Team in communicating investment details and firm activity to current and prospective investorsPrepare and manage investor reporting, DDQs/RFPs, ad hoc inquiries, materials, and presentationsMaintain LP databases and trackingAnalyze fund performance, benchmarks, and projectionsQualifications:Strong character with excellent conversation/communication skillsBachelor's degree2+ years experience in asset management, investment banking, private funds, consulting, or related fieldAbility to work independently and manage tight deadlinesAdvanced technical Excel and PowerPoint skillsPrevious project management experienceBenefits:Salary: $125,000 - $150,000Discretionary profit-sharing retirement plan#J-18808-Ljbffr
