3 Months ContractAre you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding.Location: Plaza Newark NJ 07102 (Hybrid, Tuesdays in the office and the rest of the week will be remote)Job SummaryThe Sr. Graphic Designer is responsible for creating a wide range of marcom support and collateral materials for Panasonic Eco Solutions Company. These include but are not limited to collateral (catalogs, sell sheets, brochures, and manuals), package design (including labels), trade show signage, email campaigns, web pages, web banner designs, advertisements, and social media graphics. All work should be "on brand" and reflect the current design standards and brand style guide developed by Panasonic.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSDesign degree in digital and graphic design or equivalent and a minimum of 5+ years digital agency/design studio experience. Superior attention to detail, organized and flexible, able to think and work beyond the creative brief. Working knowledge of digital creative, web design, and email design execution. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; familiarity with web optimization and proficiency in HTML, Dreamweaver, Flash, and Adobe Digital Publishing Suite preferred. Uncompromising attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships. Reports to National Marketing Manager and works closely with PESNA Marketing Team and PNA Project Managers. B2B/B2C/Building Industry Preferred. Not Required.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES70% - Graphic Design: Performs a wide variety of skilled graphic design functions using industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite) to effectively communicate the proper attributes, ideas, and concepts in support of the Panasonic Brand; produces superior quality collateral creative, digital assets, POP, and packaging design.20% - Project Management: Works with PESNA Marketing Team and Project Managers to develop, track, and manage comprehensive time schedules to ensure design projects and packaging are delivered on-time. Responsible for developing design options, obtaining necessary approvals, and incorporating feedback from the marketing team.10% - Digital Server/Project Library Maintenance: Prepares files for print, reviews proofs, and provides press approvals before release. Manages printers, photographers, and collateral/digital/packaging/die line vendors as required. Studies competitors' materials to understand their marketing strategies and makes suggestions on how to improve our advertising and marketing communications materials.#J-18808-Ljbffr
