In this role, you will be tasked with finding exceptional individuals for key positions, contributing to some of the most challenging and exciting projects in the Southwest. These projects span a variety of sectors, including commercial, industrial, mission-critical, and water/wastewater treatment facilities.ResponsibilitiesManage full cycle recruiting lifecycle for both professional and field staff on a local level including, but not limited to:Manage requisition intake process directly with hiring manager including profile MatchingSourcing plan/strategy creation utilizing direct recruiting and traditional recruitment advertising methods such as a cold calling, direct emailing, attending industry events, Linkedin Recruiter, , ZoomInfo, texting platforms such as GrayScale, as well as leveraging our internal workforce and referral bonus programManage the culture and technical screening/interview process. This includes behavioral based interviewing, utilizing the Predictive Index to screen for job fit, and partnering with the business to screen for technical fit.Manages offer negotiations process including offer presentation, request for offer, and offer acceptance.Effectively dispositions candidates in the applicant tracking systemBuild effective business partnerships with hiring managers, executive leadership, and other support groupsOrganize and attend recruitment events as necessaryBuild internal and external industry relationships through industry networking events, peer groups, etc.Partner with Talent Acquisition Coordinators to ensure a positive candidate onboarding and new hire experienceProvide market intelligence and interview feedback to business leadersAssist in recruitment marketing strategiesQualifications2+ years full cycle recruiting experience within the AEC Industry, preferably working for a General or Specialty contractor or bachelor's degreeAbility to multi-task, collaborate with others, take initiative, and follow throughExperience managing and tracking candidate pipelines and recruiting activitiesExperienced using assessments such as the Predictive Index during the interview processProven ability building and maintaining relationshipsExcellent written and verbal communicationExperience with college recruiting a plusProficient with MSFT Office ApplicationsEducation/CertificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Human Resources, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
