As a leader in the industry, we aspire to create better outcomes and experiences for patients no matter where they live or what health issues they are facing.Responsibilities:Provide advanced HR advisory support covering areas like HR policies and processes, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Leave, etc.Serve as escalated point of contact for complex HR customer inquiries via various intake channels such as Employee Service Portal or phone.Provide excellent dedicated advisory support to specific HR customer groups including employees on manufacturing sites.Provide consistently excellent customer experience to our employees and managers and coach them through the use of Workday and other HR systems.Manage complex HR enquiries and facilitate the coordination, consultation and reassignment to relevant stakeholders.Understand implications of Workday and other HR systems and processes, data and downstream implications and make recommendations/implement solutions.Identify and provide feedback on service continuous improvement initiatives and service enhancements based on KPIs, customer feedback and best practice sharing.Support standard, pre-built reporting and form processing as per agreed schedules and guidelines.Continuously improve and extend our knowledgebase based on feedback from employees and other functional teams.Provide supervision and coaching to other team members as required.Support and take part in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.Required skills to have for the success of this role:Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business or related fields; PHR is preferred.2-5 years of HR (including Payroll, Time and Benefits) and contact center experience or related fields.Strong verbal and written communication skills and customer-oriented mind-set.Ability to build strong, productive collaborative relationships.Adept at coaching people leaders and employees.Team player and adept at collaboration in a virtual, global environment.Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution.Ability to secure and maintain confidential information.Continuous improvement mind-set and capable to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency or employee training and advancement.Comfortable with heavy use of technology, knowledge of HR systems (ServiceNow and/or Workday is a plus).Fluency in English required and French a plus.At Siemens Healthineers, we value those who dedicate their energy and passion to a greater cause. We recognize that taking ownership of our work allows both us and the company to grow.The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed. The annual incentive target is (6%) of base pay.
