The role involves working closely with other department and University staff to ensure prospective and admitted students receive timely communication regarding their application status, next steps if offered admission, and processes to ensure a smooth transition to UToledo.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required, preferably in the area of Sales, Marketing, Communication, or related fieldMinimum of one year recruiting or relevant admission-related experience requiredValid driver's licenseDemonstrated networking abilitiesQualifications and core competencies:Personal integrity: Demonstrate dependability, honesty, and credibility.Adaptability: Adjust and modify own behavior, remaining flexible and tolerant in response to changing situations.Oral communication: Express ideas and facts clearly and accurately.Foster diversity: Understand, respect, and embrace differences.Computer skills: Proficient in key computer applications (MS Office, Adobe), social media, and video conference tools. Knowledge of Banner and Imaging Software preferred.
