We are motivated by the sense of responsibility and servant leadership.Job DescriptionServe as the initial point of contact for internal and external legal inquiries, ensuring efficient and accurate direction of communications to appropriate legal/compliance team membersProvide guidance and support to colleagues regarding contract-related matters and current status thereofCoordinate and manage legal intake processes, including logging requests, tracking progress, and ensuring timely responses through multiple channels of communicationProvide administrative support of the day-to-day activities, including requests for budget approval and processing invoicesAssist in the preparation and review of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal standards and corporate policiesRoute contracts for signature, collect and save executed contracts in designated shared foldersMaintain and update legal and compliance databases and files, ensuring they are current and accessibleCoordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutesFacilitate effective communication between the Legal & Compliance team and other departments within the organizationAssist with legal research and compiling reportsAssist in other legal matters such as litigation, claims, and other disputesPerform other duties as assigned or requiredQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in the legal department of a logistics company or related industry experience is highly preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organizationOutstanding work ethics and customer-oriented attitudeA team player with the ability to work independentlyDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized and detail-orientedAbility to handle confidential information with discretionStrong understanding of legal terminology, processes, and regulatory requirementsFamiliarity with a wide variety of corporate and commercial agreementsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet search, and contract management platformAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
