If that's you, let's talk.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESBring original, inspired, and unexpected thinking that sparks conversation and solves a client's problem.Use every creative skill you have to bring your ideas to life. From comps, to stick figure animations, to memes, puppet shows...whatever it takes to help the rest of the team, our clients, and their stakeholders see your vision.Collaborate with copywriters, designers, strategists, producers, creative directors, and other team members throughout the creative process.Create content and build brands through social-first thinking and execution.Proactively bring new ideas, creative concepts and design solutions to your work.Create production-ready designs and layouts, establishing the look/tone/feel for campaigns and executions, and convey ideas through well-designed presentations.Translate video story ideas into visual sequences through storyboards, mood boards, etc.Ensure all visual design adheres to existing brand guidelines.BASIC REQUIREMENTS4-6 years of art direction and/or design experience in a related agency or department (advertising, digital, social media, publishing/content, or public relations).Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately within all required aspects of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) as well as presentation software such as Keynote and PowerPoint.Ongoing drive to understand emerging techniques, trends and philosophies in art direction, design, technology, and social media.Work well across various teams and talent communities.Basic or advanced knowledge in AfterEffects is preferred but not mandatory.ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONSAptitude for being well organized.Strong presentation skills, poise and professionalism.Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.Resourceful, entrepreneurial and inclusive.Please submit a digital portfolio with resume submissions.DeVries has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role.
