Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at .Make sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.In this role, you will:Provide support to internal and external customers in moderately complex initiatives relating to collection portfolio data to reduce delinquency and restructuring of loans within the Loan Workout functional areaResearch credit or account informationPerform skip tracing, review workout and restructure problem loans and payment plansResearch vendor program remedies and recourse to determine loss projectionsReview low complexity collection portfolio or customer issues, processes, policies and procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to deliverables with narrower impactUtilize solid understanding of company policies, procedures and collection systemsAdhere to risk ratings and compliance matters Identify opportunities for process improvements in Loan Workout areaReceive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of Loan Workout functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsRequired Qualifications:6+ months of Loan Workout, Commercial Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and accuracy skillsCall center customer service experience in the financial services industryCustomer Service ExperienceKnowledge and understanding of credit card products, policies, and procedures; within a call center environmentExperience to Wells Fargo eCaR (Enterprise Collections and Recovery), Checky by Phone, OTIS, , IRIS, and POPS, SHAW systemExperience working with Power of Attorney or Letters of AuthorizationVendor management experience (law firm, debt settlement, attorneys) Microsoft Excel experienceAbility to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environmentJob Expectations:This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.
