We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to manage and process payroll for our employees. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.Key Responsibilities:Process and manage bi-weekly payroll for all employees.All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.Ensure accurate calculation of hours worked, overtime, and deductions.Maintain payroll records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits.Assist with payroll-related reporting and audits.Stay updated on payroll regulations and best practices.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.years of experience in payroll processing or related field.Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Required qualifications:Legally authorized to work in the United States18 years or olderAt least high school diploma or equivalent or higherPreferred qualifications:Able to work from home
