The HDM program is dedicated to providing nutritious meals to older adults who face daily challenges in accessing healthy food. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-driven, and reliable. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.ResponsibilitiesAnswer approximately 10-30 calls per day, addressing inquiries and providing delivery time estimates.Document and process scheduling changes as requested.Maintain a friendly and respectful demeanor over the phone when interacting with clients, case managers, and other callers.Proactively call clients to resolve issues or provide critical information as necessary.Monitor field staff using office applications to ensure smooth operations.Handle incoming calls from field staff through a dedicated phone line.Collect and distribute daily paperwork from field staff to ensure accurate record-keeping.Assist in creating meal delivery plans for the next day to ensure timely service.Perform file uploads, downloads, and document scanning for efficient data management.Perform data entry tasks as needed to support daily operations.Collaborate with management to generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.Requirements:Ability to speak clearly and effectively, ensuring proper communication with clients and staff.Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients, case managers, and team members.Friendly and approachable demeanor with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.Strong multitasking skills to handle various tasks efficiently and simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data entry and reporting tasks.High School Diploma or GED required.Willingness and ability to learn new skills to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities.Location: 2417 3rd Avenue Bronx, NY 10451Rate: $20.00/hour Job Type: Full-timeBenefits: PTO, Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, Transit, and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) Must be able to provide valid documentation that you are legally eligible to work in the United States.Great Performances is an equal opportunity employer.
