OverviewPlease read the information in this job post thoroughly to understand exactly what is expected of potential candidates.Under a significant level of guidance and direction, provides customer service for one or more Paychex products. Uses prescribed guidelines to ensure good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with Paychex policies and procedures.ResponsibilitiesPlease note - this is an in-office role at our Paychex office in Rochester NY. The person who fills this role will support our Paychex clients who are utilizing our services with the Work Number. Delivers quality service to Paychex clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenuesFollows up on outstanding items to issue completion in compliance with established Service Level AgreementsUses systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORSDevelops and maintains a basic working knowledge of one or more Paychex productsPerforms data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organizationDocuments all client interactionsHigh level of accuracy is important QualificationsBachelor's Degree - PreferredCompensationIn the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.14 hourly. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
