Commercial Lines Account Manager

POSITION SUMMARY The Client Associate will coordinate between the producer, client, and insurance companies to provide a high-quality of service and maintain positive client relationships. The Client Associate will handle the day-to-day needs of their assigned clients while being mindful of the profitability of the business to the agency.Essential Functions: Process daily mail, handle routine incoming calls, and respond to client communications in a timely mannerEnter all required data into Applied Epic to maintain a current and complete file, including policy line-specific information (property data, exposures, schedules, etc.)Coordinate NewRenewal Meetings with the Producer and inform the Producer of unusual activity on accountsProcess renewals of assigned clients per agency proceduresProcess new business as assigned per agency proceduresMarketQuote lines of coverage as requested by client or Producer (with or without the direction of marketing)Prepares proposals to compare competitive insurance program options and recommend the best program for our clientsMaintain and accurately update data into Applied Epic to maintain current file data as assignedProcess endorsements and review for accuracy, including delivery to the clientHandle all accounting requests, including billing, installment billing, and multi-entity billingObtain and process finance agreements, including finance transactions in Applied EpicProcess intake of claims, coordinate and process with carriersReceive, analyze, and process final audits, including any dispute coordinationEducation: Bachelors Degree preferred Industry Experience:5+ years experience in Commercial LinesProperty & Casualty Insurance license required - Possible to obtain during employmentApplied EPIC experience a plusAbility to maintain high confidentialityCompensationAnnual bonus potentialEmployer-paid medical, dental, life, and disability401K matchMany other employee benefits!*This position has the ability to be fully remote, hybrid, or in-officeWe offer equal employment opportunities to all persons without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, age, sex, genetic information, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, or past, present, or future service in the Uniformed Services of the U.S., or any other legally protected status.
