Director of FP&A (Remote) We are seeking an experienced Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with a strong background in the debt collection, recovery, or credit collection industry. This role is responsible for providing strategic financial insights, analyzing recovery rates, payment trends, and debtor behavior, and driving financial performance to optimize collections and profitability. Key Responsibilities Lead the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis. Analyze recovery rates, payment trends, and debtor behavior to enhance collection strategies. Provide data-driven insights to optimize revenue generation and operational efficiency. Partner with senior leadership to drive business decisions based on financial and market trends. Develop and track KPIs specific to the collections industry, ensuring alignment with company goals. Work closely with operations, finance, and data teams to enhance financial reporting and forecasting accuracy. Evaluate and recommend process improvements to maximize profitability and minimize risk. Requirements Industry Experience: Must have FP&A experience in a Debt Collection Agency, Recovery Agency, or Credit Collection Agency. Expertise in Collections Analytics: Strong understanding of recovery rates, payment trends, and debtor behavior. Financial Leadership: 7+ years of FP&A experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting tools. Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate data into actionable business insights. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred). Why Join Us?
