Responsibilities of the Junior Recruiter The Junior Recruiter will create and post job ads Conduct phone screenings and book interviews for the recruiters Run background checks for all candidates The Junior Recruiter will conduct reference checks for candidates on assignment Ad hoc projects delegated by Manager Preferred Qualifications of the Junior Recruiter Must be eager to learn and okay with speaking to people on the phone High attention to detail Tech savvy, able to navigate systems quickly Excel skills would be extremely beneficial Salary: $23-25hour#INMAR2025#ZRCFS
