Responsibilities of the Lien Waiver Specialist: Manage and submit permit applications while ensuring all necessary documentation is properly maintained and up-to-date. Coordinate and secure lien releases from vendors, ensuring compliance and smooth project progression. Provide S&L with accurate copies of minority hauling information and contracts, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulations. Oversee subcontractor warranties as a Lien Waiver Specialist, ensuring proper documentation and resolution of warranty issues. Collaborate with Project Managers to effectively resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of financial matters. Assist Project Managers in managing subcontracts, clarifying invoice adjustments, and promptly notifying Accounts Payable of any changes. Draft and prepare subcontracts, directives, and change orders, ensuring all project modifications are documented and aligned with contractual agreements. Support the preparation of purchase orders as a Lien Waiver Specialist, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place for smooth procurement processes. What the Company Looks for in a Lien Waiver Specialist: Experience: 2-3 years of Lien Waiver experience required. Knowledge of the accounts payable process required. Technical Skills: Solid Microsoft Excel proficiency is a plus. Industry Knowledge: A significant advantage is familiarity with Timberline software or construction experience.
