ABOUT THE COMPANY AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER OPPORTUNITY Our client, a leading global technology enterprise is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial statements and reporting. This role is pivotal in driving team performance and optimizing accounting processes. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER: The Accounting Manager will oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue recognition, fixed assets, journal entries, daily transactions, and banking. Lead month-end, quarterly, and year-end financial closings. Assess current accounting practices and procedures, recommending and implementing improvements. Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness. Develop and mentor staff by managing performance, setting goals, and providing ongoing training. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance. QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER: Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
