Quality Manager MI

Quality Manager - Manufacturing Our client is a growing manufacturing company and they are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead their quality department and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role will oversee ISO 9001:2015 compliance, manage quality systems, and support new product launches while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. What You'll Do: Lead and develop the quality team, ensuring strong performance and professional growth. Maintain and improve quality control and document management systems to meet industry standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans. Support new product launches, overseeing APQP, PPAP, and validation processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality standards and production efficiency. Implement data-driven quality systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. What You Bring: 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a well-rounded background in quality. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, and CQI-9 compliance higly preferred. Proven ability to manage quality processes, audits, and corrective actions. Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor a team. Experience with CMMs is a plus.
