AP/AR Specialist MI

Job Title: APAR Specialist Location: East Lansing, MI Compensation: $45,000 -$55,000CFS is partnering with a dynamic and rapidly growing medical manufacturing company in East Lansing, MI, seeking a skilled Accounts PayableAccounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. APAR Specialist Key Responsibilities: Order EntryCustomer Service: Send order confirmations to customers. Respond to customer inquiries about ship dates and tracking orders via email. Full Cycle AP: Process 50 invoices per week. Perform invoice coding, entry, and 3-way matching. Manage paper documentation and printing tasks. AR: Enter 50 to 100 bills per week. Potentially assist with weekly check runs. Conduct warm outreach for collections, mainly via email. Filing and Documentation: Organize and file prior paperwork related to projects. APAR Specialist Requirements: Software Skills: Proficiency in Sage 50, QuickBooks (similar to Sage), or an ERP system. Experience with MYSis for manufacturing systems is a plus. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in APAR is preferred. However, we are open to training a motivated individual or welcoming a seasoned professional. Titles could range from APAR to Staff Accountant. Additional Skills (a plus): Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, experience in manufacturing, familiarity with MISi.
