Our client is a small publicly traded organization with another recent acquisition and seeking a Corporate Controller to lead consolidated financial reporting. This position is newly created and will manage a team of five while maintaining the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and ensuring compliance with SEC reporting, SOX controls, and GAAP. "Amazing company to work for in a rapidly expanding industry" Overview of the Corporate Controller role: The Corporate Controller will support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations and financial analysis The Corporate Controller will assist in development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures and systems Oversee the daily accounting operations while mentoring and training staff Coordinate the preparation and filing of SEC reports (10-Q, 10-K) and ensure timely and accurate submission Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate annual audits, quarterly reviews, and SOX testing Support special projects, financial analysis and ad hoc reporting as needed Preferred Qualifications for the Corporate Controller: CPA preferred Exposure to publicly traded company Manufacturing or Manufacturing Audit experience required #LI-TJ1#INJAN2025
