Part-Time Bookkeeper Are you an experienced accounting professional seeking a meaningful part-time role? A vibrant and welcoming Non Profit Organization is looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage its financial operations and support its mission of serving the community. Key Responsibilities: Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. Manage bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accounts. Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports for leadership and board meetings. Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Track and manage donations, membership dues, and program fees. Ensure financial compliance with nonprofit regulations and reporting standards. Support the annual audit process and maintain organized financial records. Qualifications: 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in a nonprofit or religious organization. Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with nonprofit financial operations, including tracking donations and grants. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
