Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Office ManagerBookkeeper to oversee daily operations and maintain accurate financial records for our clients organization. This role combines administrative leadership with financial management responsibilities, requiring strong organizational skills and accounting expertise. Key Responsibilities Office Management Supervise office operations, including facility maintenance, supply management, and vendor relationships Coordinate with service providers and maintain service contracts Manage office communications, including phone systems, mail, and correspondence Develop and implement office policies and procedures Oversee office technology and equipment maintenance Coordinate office events and meetings Financial Management Maintain accurate financial records and perform daily bookkeeping tasks Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Manage payroll processing and documentation Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Assist with budget preparation and monitoring Support tax preparation and audit processes Handle expense reports and reimbursements Team Support Train and supervise administrative staff Serve as liaison between management and staff Assist with onboarding new employees Maintain employee records and HR documentation Support various departments with administrative needs Qualifications Required 3+ years of experience in office management and bookkeeping Proficiency in QuickBooks desktop, MS Office Suite Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Excellent organizational and time management skills Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field Experience with HR functions and compliance Knowledge of payroll systems and tax regulations Project management experience Familiarity with digital document management systems #INJAN2025 #LI-AS7 #LI-ONSITE
