Role Overview:As an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll ensure the smooth processing of financial transactions while maintaining accurate records. Your role will be essential in maintaining our financial health and supporting the accounting team with daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently process vendor invoices for timely payments. Ensure all payments are properly approved, coded, and documented in line with company policies. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices. Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments, and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure collections. Prepare and deposit daily cash receipts to maintain accurate financial records. Assist with month-end closing procedures and reports as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Accounts PayableReceivable Specialist or in a similar accounting role. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, procedures, and financial transactions. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to effectively resolve discrepancies and interact with vendors.
