Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring adherence to applicable accounting standards (GAAP) and regulatory requirements. Aid in the implementation and maintenance of robust internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data and safeguard company assets. Oversee the execution of the month-end close process, ensuring the accurate and timely reconciliation of accounts and financial reporting. Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing technical guidance on accounting processes and resolving complex financial queries.
