What You'll Be Doing Oversee and execute month-end close procedures, including preparing financial reconciliations. Lead and support the team in completing bank statement and month-end reconciliations. Support the transition to a single ERP system, consolidating operations. Utilize Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) to analyze financial data and improve reporting processes. What We're Looking For Experience in month-end close, reconciliations, and general accounting. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and an analytical mindset. Ability to work onsite with potential for hybrid flexibility after ramp-up. A proactive communicator who can work cross-functionally and bring financial insights to leadership. Compensation & Benefits $85,000 - $120,000 Salary, depending on experience Discretionary bonus (5-10%) based on individual and company performance.
