The Wealth Management Associate assists Advisors and their staff with training, education, inquiries, and problem-solving support. This position's primary functions include day-to-day investment operations support, data analysis, new advisor onboarding, account set up & transfers, and research and resolution of questions that arise. The candidate will work closely with our AVP, Wealth Management, to support the growth our agency's wealth management platform. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES: Statement Analysis - Prepare statements for analysis using investment research plex Case Support - Receive and organize statements, as well as follow up with Advisors for additional required information to evaluate a plan andor assets.Implementation Tracking - Maintain spreadsheet tracking our Advisors financial planning outcomes to ensure an ROI for our Advisors and the firm. UMA Portfolio Assistance - Build proposals in Envestnet and maintain internal sheet of preferred managers in various allocations.Operations Liaison - Support our Advisors by coordinating with "key contacts" at MMLIS and third-party vendors to check on service items, new business statuses, and to connect people with information on our products and services. NIGO ResolutionService Request Assistance - Assist advisors with cases that require intervention or service requests that need to be handled in a timely manner.Software Support - Use calculators and create customized reports in our A360 software to host trainings for Advisors and their team members.New Account Onboarding - Understand how to navigate MMLIS distance learning resources to assist Advisors in opening various types of accounts and attaching ancillary features. Annual Client Reviews - Communicate best practices for annual client reviews, utilizing material available within FAF or from MMLIS to facilitate effective review meetings.Sales Assistant Study GroupForum - Moderate Teams Channel with FAF Sales Assistants to respond quickly and effectively to requests, provide updates on changes to operations.New Advisor Book of Business Transitions - Collect and organize necessary information on incoming Advisors books of business. Evaluate how they can map over to our platform. Provide support in transition process using DocuPacePreciseFP.Assist in designing wealth management collateral. Organize existing pieces from MMLISMM or third parties.Maintain and support the creation and maintenance of workflow policies and procedures.Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.JOB COMPETENCIES: (knowledge, skillsabilities and experience)2-3 years of financial services industry experienceBackground in training a plus Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Bachelors Degree in Business or FinanceSeries 67 and Series 636566 securities licenses a plus A solid knowledge of MMLIS broker-dealer offerings and product linesStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Strong writing and communication skills Demonstrated technology proficiency in Financial Platforms: Envestnet, A360, WMS, and Right CapitalFifth Avenue Financial will never ask job candidates to pay any kind of fee, make cash or check advancements, cash checks or make an investment in any product or service or provide information such as credit card numbers or banking PIN numbers as part of our hiring process.
