Web Content Project Manager Job DescriptionResponsibilities: o Web Content Managemento Intake of all new requests review contents of the request to ensure that it meets content & authoring guidelines o Responsible for organizing and managing end to end workflowtasks for the Content Operations TrelloJira boards o Coordinate incoming requests with available Content Ops team resources. Manage communications between requesters and Content Ops team o Make direct content updates in CMSPIMDAM when needed when authoring bandwidth is tight o Report on work being done and ensure all requests have actionable directions to resolve o Provide insights and guidance into CMS functional feasibility & requirements during content planning phase. Also provide LOE assessments for projectNPI planning o Regularly monitor key assets of the Website to ensure proper functioningo Build trust and buy-in from client contacts while inspiring and leading internal teams to do their best work and drive results. Requirements: o 3-5 years or more experience integrating and managing web content in CMS - Content Stack is preferred.o Basic knowledge of SEO and its application in a CMS.o Experience in JIRA CONFLUENCE is a must.o Experience with QA methods a +o Keep up to date with UX, Analytics, SEO, Web design, and Digital Marketing best practices.o Keen attention to detailso Strong project management skills to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize projects effectivelyo Strong communication skills Enjoys interfacing with clients.o Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilitieso Self-motivated individual with self-management and organizational skillso Ability to navigate a complex organization to gather information, elicit feedback, gain buy-in, and engage and influence others o Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
