Regional Sales Manager

Established Telecom Company based out of Los Angeles is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to focus on Prepaid Services. Travel time is roughly 40 - 50%. Will be responsible for managing 4 area sales people who will be out in the field servicing retailers. Locations include LA, San Diego, Sacramento, AZ and Seattle Washington. Job Summary:Knowledge and utilization of the Company's resources including Direct distribution sales, marketing, pricing. · Optimize cost and productivity of sales team and execute sales objective. · Foster a highly motivated team environment across the region. · Must understand wireless product knowledge, features, and competitors in the market. · AdVisit market and retailers on a regular basis for feedback on products and services and maintain a good relationship.Responsibilities:Support the learning and development of the sales teamCoordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leadsTrack and report all sales activitiesDevelop and execute sales strategy through market analysisQualificationsExperience managing sales teamsExperience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leadsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
