Job Details: Title: Senior Electrical Engineer in Foxboro MA 02035Duration: 07+ months Contract (Possible extension or conversion), W2Shift: M-F First shift, 8am-5pm hours, Hybrid, MonThurs in officeDescription:COMPETENCIES (What qualities will make you successful):Good understanding of control electronic Products, specifically analog and digital circuits, and power electronics circuits with 5+ years of experience.Ability to lead PCB specs release in qualification and in PDM.Support qualification of Electronic components such as IGBTs, Magnetics, Thyristors, ACDC capacitors, FAN's, etc.Knowledge of test equipment, CRO, AC Source, DC Source, Auto transformers, Multimeters, Data loggers.Ability to design and implement PCB designs that meet electrical, EMC, Safety, mechanical, thermal and DFADFM requirements of the System.Ability to run independent tests, with good knowledge in basic troubleshooting of products.Ability to generate alternate solutions during feasibility studies during PCB modifications.Prior experience working with design packages and product Lifecyle Management (PLM) tools is required (more specifically Allegro and Windchill PDM or similar type processes)Ability to work cross-functionally (i.e. with Mechanical Engineering, ManufacturingIndustrial Engineering, Project Management) is strongly desired.Detail Oriented: Able to accurately follow precise procedures and thoroughly complete assigned tasks by using strong follow-up skills.EDUCATION & OTHER SKILLS:4 Year Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.Knowledge of Ladder Logic GE Proficy Software or Modicon Control Expert Software would be ideal.Proficient computer skills including: MS Teams, MS Word, MS Excel and MS AccessCommunication with all levels of management in verbal and written form.Good problem-solving skills.
