Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $1,948 per week

Certification Details BLS ACLS NIHSS Job Details A hospital in Arizona is looking for experienced nurses for a travel contract for their MS/Tele float pool. The right candidate will have 2+ years of current tele experience, an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license or compact. Travelers must be able to titrate drips! There will be frequent floating to the sister facility, Mercy Gilbert. Travelers are required to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to starting (2 max attempts) and will take a pass/fail Sim lab on day 1 of orientation. COVID vaccine is required or declination form with supporting documentation from clergy or MD. Job Requirements 2+ years of current tele experience Active BLS certification Active ACLS certification Active AZ license or compact Must be able to titrate cardiac drips Pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to signing contract (2 max attempts) Pass/fail Sim lab on day 1 of orientation COVID vaccine or declination form required Schedule Information Floating is required between Chandler & Mercy Gilbert campuses. Notification of campus and unit given 1.5 hrs prior to shift start. Shifts: 12 hr shifts, 7-7. Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend. Unit Specific Information Floating to similar or lower acuity units is required. Common diagnosis/types of patients include post cath lab, post vascular procedures, day 2 CABG patients, general tele. Additional Details Travelers will need to pass a dysrhythmia exam PRIOR TO SIGNING CONTRACT (2 MAX ATTEMPTS), within 48 hours of offer. If traveler fails, they will be sent home and made a DNU for 6 months for CSH AZ and CSH Sac regions. There is also a pass/fail Sim Lab on day one of orientation. If traveler fails Sim, they will be sent home and made a DNU for 6 months.
