Position: Banking AssociateFinance AssociateAddress: Pittsburgh PA 15262Pay Rate: $20 - $22.51hr. Duration: 6 Months Contract (Potential Extension based on performance and need)JOB DESCRIPTION:This role will support multiple Operations teams across Investment Management, Banking, and Loan products throughout the life of an account. The role's functional work involves supporting processes related to Account Openings, KYC (Know Your Customer), Securities Processing, Cash Activities, Fees, Taxes, Mortgage and Loan OriginationAdvancesPayments, Deposits, Accounting, Reconciliations, Records Management, and Account Closings.Key Responsibilities:Data entry and review of sensitive client information across multiple systems and processes.Document management, including scanning, filing, and vault maintenance.Processing of incoming and outgoing mail, including checks, proxies, loan documentation, statements, and various client communications.Provide project support on various tasks as needed.Skills Required:Strong attention to detail with the ability to process critical data accurately and in a timely manner.Excellent client service skills, with proficiency in both written and oral communication.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).High organizational ability, with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a strong sense of urgency.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Required Skills Years of Experience:Data Entry: 1-2 yearsBanking or Financial Experience: 1-2 yearsPreferred Skills Years of Experience:Experience with fiduciary services is a plus.Education Requirement:High School Degree or equivalent.Preferred Education:High School Degree or any secondary degree.About Us:Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
