The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Minimum Requirements & Essential Skills:High school diploma or equivalent required.B2B sales experience, preferably selling to Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs).Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales fortable leveraging technology to deliver the best customer solutions.Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver's license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods in a dynamic sales environment.Full-time availability with flexibility to meet customer needs.Preferred Qualifications:Sales-Driven Mindset - Passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.Customer-Focused Approach - Ability to understand business needs and tailor UCaaS solutions dustry & Product Knowledge - Understanding of cloud communications, VoIP, and business phone systems.
