Investment Associate - PE Fund

Venture Search is currently working with a New York-based Private Equity Investment Manager who wants to add an Investment Associate to the Team.They have over 20+ years of experience and over 40 global investments. They invest from the growth stage to buyouts in the lower mid-market across Technology, Healthcare and Consumer & Retail.Responsibilities:Working closely with the team to identify new investment opportunities.Financial Modelling, Due Diligence, & Valuations.Supporting the negotiation and execution of deals.Management of existing portfolio companies.Requirements:2-4 years of experience in financial services.Strong understanding of financial structuring, modeling, and valuation techniques.3.0 or higher GPA at undergraduate level.Right to work in the US.
