The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.ResponsibilitiesSet project timelineMonitor project deliverablesUpdate relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progressCoach and support project team members with tasks you assign themPlan, organize and staff key field positions through regional department leaders.Establish project objectives within boundaries of corporate itiate and maintain relationship with prime client and AE contacts to facilitate construction activitiesMonitor and control construction through administrative direction of on-site superintendent to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget; investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.Represent company in project meetings and assist in labor negotiationsstrategy meetings.Manage financial aspects of contracts (fee payment, rental equipment incomeexpense, etc) to protect company's interest and simultaneously maintain a good relationship with the client.Assume additional responsibilities as directed by company leaders.QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceStrong business acumen in project planning and managementStrong verbal, written, and organizational skills
