Our mission is to streamline project management and payment processes, ensuring that contractors can focus on delivering quality work.Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and experienced Independent Sales Representatives to join our team. In this 1099 commission-based role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive suite of services to contractors and tradesmen in the Ohio or Connecticut area. This is an excellent opportunity for self-driven individuals with a strong network in the construction industry.Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage potential clients within the contracting and construction sectors.Present and demonstrate the value of The Tradesmen's Collective services to prospective clients.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.Provide feedback to the company to assist in refining sales strategies and service pensation:Commission: Earn $1,000 for each new client acquisition.Residual Payout: Receive an ongoing $250 residual for each client, providing a continuous income stream.Qualifications:Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or related industries.Strong understanding of contractor needs and challenges.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Benefits:Flexible work schedule with the ability to operate remotely.High earning potential with uncapped commissions.Opportunity to be part of a growing company dedicated to improving the construction industry.
