Responsibilities: Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Part-Time or Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team at Gates House and Ahoskie House a dynamic and innovative Senior Living Community located in Gatesville and Ahoskie, NC. (Ideal candidate should have outpatient experience and can support two Senior Living Communities) Qualifications: Job Summary The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for providing a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.
