Apex Systems is working with our large multinational banking client to place several Treasury Operations candidates in Phoenix, AZ or Chicago, IL for an onsite opportunity that can lead to long-term success and upward mobility!If interested, please send your updated resume to David Zaragoza at : Implementation Advisor -Treasury Operations SupportClient: Multinational bankLocation: 100% Onsite - Phoenix, AZ OR Chicago, ILContract Length: 6-month initial contract that could extend up to 18 month total tenure and will be contract-to-hire if performance is met.Pay Rate: $28hrRole Overview - First point of contact for clients submitting implementation requests via email channel for high-revenue clients. Handles end-to-end processing for less complex implementation while engaging other business partners as needed. May work with internal business partners to ensure the successful implementation of services.Key ResponsibilitiesManage dedicated email inbox, prioritize, client requests, case and implement eligible itemsCreate a casepackage for tracking, monitoring and E2E resolution as applicableReceive and respond to implementation requests received by email and questions from internal partnersConduct limited research and respond to client and be able answer questions and inquiriesUtilize the various bank systems to support clients requestsRequired SkillsClient-focused with the ability to conduct discussions with clients in a confident manner.Excellent communications skills.Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds.Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
