Our Sales and Service divisions ensure that buildings remain efficient and safe - reflecting our commitment to property quality, health, safety, and air quality.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role to join our growing Commercial & Institutional Team, located in Union, NJ. This position will require an ability to connect with prospective clients, and build relationships that move from Introductions to "Wins." The role's responsibilities include: Prospecting clients, On-site meetings to familiarize oneself with the Scope of Work on a Project, Contract writing, Price Negotiation, Scheduling, Problem Solving, and Customer Service. The position requires a candidate who is entrepreneurial, structured, coachable, and hungry to be a part of a burgeoning division in a company with 30+ years of experience.
