As the Senior Account Manager at DSM, you'll manage plans, coordinate and direct advertisingmarketing campaigns that will fulfill client goals and objectives. You will oversee day-to-day client relationships, identify and address changes in the marketing environment, and strategic plans. You will anticipate client needs (shortlong term) and proactively address any issues that arise. As the Senior Account Manager, you will oversee multiple accounts and monitor their performance both with their client counterparts and internally with other creative, strategic, and operational departments. Distributes projects and reviews their progress continually to ensure professional growth is attained. You will help identify KPIs and hit contractual benchmarks. As the Senior Account Manager, you will report directly to the VP, Account Services.If you...Have experienceRunning multiple clients at once and working proactively with vendors (as needed)With strategic development and implementation of integrated marketing programs to ensure that all professional activities are in line with the agreed-upon strategic directionAre a collaborative self-starter who can connect dots and get things doneProvide strategic oversight as well as work hand in hand with the client on the day-to-day brand needsAct as an agency conduit to ensure creative adheres to high-quality standards and can communicate against strategy and objectives across all communication channelsCan be the strategy liaison with clients on brand and business issues working in partnership with the agency teamsAre well organized, can multitask and produce quality workAre great at your communication and presentation skillsTake ownership of projects from ideation through execution...then we'd love to meet you!RequirementsExcellent communicator with especially strong writing skills and experience presenting strategic and tactical plans to senior managementConfident and organized individual who can apply their experience to provide insights and recommendations to clientsExperience and successful track record in digital marketing, including but not limited to: SEO, paid and organic search, social, retargeting and prospecting, new customer acquisition, Google Adwords and analytics and email marketingAbility to work in a team environment fostering ideas through integration and inclusionCreative thinker and solution-oriented problem solver, with a customer focusSound financial skills - has prepared budgets and statementscope of work plansB.S. or B.A. in MarketingAdvertising or related area ideally7+ years agency experiencePharmaceutical Healthcare industry specific experience requiredExperienced manager who can lead a cross-functional team or inter-agency teamOur organization follows a hybrid work structure where employees can work remotely or from the office, as needed, based on demands of specific tasks.
