Business Planner and Analyst

We're seeking a Business Analyst to join our Platform Insights team within our Loans Enablement Platform. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID (3 days in office, 2 days' work from home per week).In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:Conducts and leads analyses and reporting in support of general business operations, special projectsinitiatives andor operational planning activities.Creates content by telling stories using data (visualization)Independently applies processes and precedents to gather, organize and review platform, system, financial and operational datametrics.Analyzes and synthesizes the data and compiles it into reports or C suite municates effectively with technical and business staff.Develops and delivers both insightful, and decision-seeking reports, analyses andor presentations.Stays abreast of organization and function operations and is familiar with company practices relevant to metrics, performance indicators, reporting protocols, etc.Participates on project teams, providing analytical expertise in support of project objectives.May provide guidance to less experienced staff.Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.6-10 years of total work experience preferred.Experience leading initiatives preferred.
