To learn more about our benefits visit: Qualifications : Minimum 4 years of recent, from-scratch pastrybakery experience or a culinary certificate and 2 years of recent, from-scratch pastrybakery experienceProficient in all functions of the bakery and excellent technical knowledge (equipment, tempering of chocolate, sauce work, bread baking, specialty cakes)Must be comfortable working quickly and efficientlyProven understanding of the science of pastrybakingKnowledgeable of multiple advanced pastrybaking techniques and chocolate work as well as proficient with tools, measurements and bakery equipmentDemonstrates the ability to follow and convert recipes in addition to exhibiting clean work habits and ownership of a safe clean areaOrganized, hands-on, detailed oriented with strong analytical backgroundExcellent understanding of Food Safety and HACCPStrong social skills, including written and verbal communication skills; desire to work onstage and share knowledge and experience with our GuestsAbility to work under pressure and handle high profile projectsArtistic and creative ability and vision to create high-end products and propose bakery itemsAdditional Information : At Walt Disney World, we are makers and doers.
