Phaxis is seeking a local contract Echo Technologist for a local contract job in FLUSHING, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Echo Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 02/26/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 35 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract 13 wk assignment. M-F 9a-5p. HS diploma/GED plus completion of approved Echocardiogram Training Program (R). MUST HAVE PEDS EXP Echocardiography CCI or ARMS (Echo) Cert (R). Knowledge of all echocardiogram equipment, procedures & supplies gained by completion of training course plus 2 yrs' exp as Tech I; basic clerical skills (R). Be able to identify problems w/ equipment & resolve or report; must recognize pt problems need to call &in clinical assistance (MD/RN)
