An international home appliance manufacturing company is currently seeking a KoreanEnglish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support their office in the Fort Lee, NJ area. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Customer ServiceSales Assistant experience and have advanced proficiency in Korean.*This is a part-time, direct hire position with full-time potential.Responsibilities of KoreanEnglish Bilingual Customer Service Representative:Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat support.Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and exchanges.Maintain accurate customer records, and update account information as needed.Ensure customer satisfaction by offering solutions and following up as necessary.Work flexible hours, with potential for full-time hours during peak periods (mid-April to end of August).Requirements of KoreanEnglish Bilingual Customer Service RepresentativeMinimum of 3 years of customer service experience.Excellent English communication skills (reading and writing) are required.Proficiency in Korean is a significant advantage.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers effectively.Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and customer service software.Ability to work part-time (4 hoursday) with flexibility to work full-time (8 hoursday) during peak seasons.Available to work onsite until end of probationary period-------------------------------------------------------------------Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions Renaissance Resources Inc., has been one of the leading recruiting firms in North America when it comes to working with Japanese Businesses for over 20 years.
