Director of Data Analytics

Vaco currently has a position available for a Director of Data Analytics for a leader within the insurance field. If you have a strong understanding of data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques we want to hear from you!Responsibilities: Oversight of a team of Data Analysts fostering a collaborative culture and mentorship program.Analyze complex datasets to show trends, patterns, and actionable insight for senior management team.Develop predictive models and data visualizations to show findings.Present complex data insights to executives in a clear, concise way.Evaluate and select data analytics tools, platforms, and technologies.Drive business growth and optimization by leveraging data-driven insights.Qualifications:Programming skills - proficiency in programing languages such as Python which is a must and SQL. R would be highly preferred.Ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies and key business drivers.Strong project management skills to oversee multiple data analytics initiatives simultaneously.Strong leadership skills
