As an ERP Workstream Lead you will be part of the team that implements this system. You will be responsible for learning and becoming a subject matter expert who is able to support the project manager and team in driving the project forward to complete deliverables and tasks. You will need to identify, track, and escalate issues; facilitate project team members in problem solving, participate in ERP process design sessions, the configuration, testing and go live, as well as training the key users at the different areas of the organization.After the system implementation, the Workstream Lead will be responsible for supporting the business, providing training, and ensure the system is functioning as intended.You will participate in ERP process design sessions, the configuration, testing and go live, as well as training the key users at the different areas of the client's locations. This role will be based out of the Reynoldsburg, OH office. The team will move on to the remaining 14 locations located throughout the America's region.
