Job Description BlueSkyRisk, LLC (BSR), is an insurance industry Program Administrator that specializes in providing tailored commercial insurance solutions and programs to niche industries with difficult-to-pl risks. The company's primary commitment is to match superior underwriting analysis with customized distribution strategies for these niche sectors. As the Operations Specialist you will play a pivotal role in the goal to offer commercial property and general liability underwriting solutions. To excel in this job, you must be comfortable working with a moderate level of ambiguity while finding solutions to new problems in a fast-paced environment. This position will be responsible for underwriting administrative needs and helping to build both our brand and organization including, the handling of tasks like subjectivity tracking, invoicing, loss runs, and notice generations, and the creation of final policy documents and non-monetary endorsements ensure efficient operations and timely service delivery. The salary range for this position starts at $50,000. Risk Management and Insurance majors are preferred, but all degrees are welcome.
