Investment Banking Analyst - Technology

They provide specialized advisory services in mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and strategic financial consulting.Job Summary: You will play a critical role in supporting senior bankers in executing transactions and providing strategic advisory services to the bank's clients. You will be involved in all aspects of deal execution, including financial analysis, modeling, due diligence, and preparation of presentation materials.
