Managedirect all facets of single or multiple, multidimensional, mission-critical projects through the Full Project Life Cycle. Collaboratework with project sponsors, business units and users to identify project scope and focus, develop or monitor project initiatives, implement project requirementsplansprocessestools, assignguidemonitor project staff, and assure project success. Deliver quality project solutions to business problems or issues within defined budgets andor timelines. Provide expert project guidancesupport proactively through project completion. Provide tracking, reporting, and presentation to management and users. 7 years The Sr. IT Functional Lead will help coordinate with the functional and technical teams on multiple IT initiatives (Archiving and SAP Hardware upgrade) in the Client Business solutions and services group. The functional lead will be responsible for coordinating with the ERP application teams (Functional, Basis and Database), infrastructure teams (OS, Storage and Networking) and external vendors on the testing efforts across the landscape and ensuring the SLC validations are adhered. The functional lead will be responsible for planning and execution of the testing activities as per the approved timeline. Assesses and evaluates risk to the project timelines. Communicates effectively, both formally and informally. Demonstrates leadership and facilitates collaboration between stakeholders who have diverse objectives. Required: Degree in IT andor complimentary business degree. Work Experience At least 12 plus years of experience in testing coordination, project management and software validation requirements, preferably in the health care industry that is a GxP regulated. Prior management experience in leading a diverse portfolio of functional teams, Software validation, problem determination (experience in root cause analysis) and problem resolution skills. Strong collaboration and partnering skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand terms to senior leaders. Knowledge of Infrastructure environments, service requirements and culture. Process skills: an understanding of process costs, ability to work with multiple technical and functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Ability to accomplish results through others particularly by establishing relationships. Ability to be firm but fair about the project deliverables.
